This large Seafood Restaurant is well located in the heart of one of Bangkok's major tourist zones, and therefore draws a largely western clientele. Established three years ago, the business is earning annual net profits of 2,160,000 baht, from receipts of 7,200,000 baht, due to good mark-ups. The premises measure 630 square metres, and are spread over two nicely decorated floors, with a VIP room and an office on the upper storey. The owner is more than happy with his acquisition, but serious ill health forces him to sell. There is a well equipped large kitchen, and a total outlay of 7,000,000 baht was spent at inception, on assets and leasehold improvements. Around 200 customers can be seated at any one time, and there is therefore a large workforce of 20 full time employees in place, to cater to demand. These are paid a total monthly salary of 126,500 baht, and the monthly rent has been determined at 140,000 baht.
